Horrible shipping more than half the tiles chipped or broken

I never received this product

I ordered two samples for a new construction project. Only one sample was delivered. This rendered the effort to use TileMart ineffective. I don't plan to ever use them again. They haven't noticed this and never refunded the shipping cost. I don't care enough to call and ask for a refund.
