We love the tile, and liked the webpage shopping experience. Post purchase, all the tracking detail was through the Shop app. It never showed any tracking information at all. We did not know when the tile would arrive until the shipping company called the day before. Even after delivery there was never any detail on the Shop app. It just indicated it was waiting for details from Tile mart.
I can’t stop playing with my tile long enough to install it! The patterns on each tile tesselate into hundreds of possibilities. My hat is off to both the fabricators of this sturdy tile and to its designers.
