Tile is great - shipping, not so much

While the tile itself is beautiful, we have significant delays in our project due to a shipping error and our order took almost two weeks to get to us when it was due to arrive at our house just a few days after placing our order. We were very disappointed as the delays cost us time and money and some of our tile arrived broken and cracked.
