When I ordered this product I called your customer service line to find out about expedited shipping options and your agent Neil was very helpful and gave me rates for next business day and 2nd business day in addition to standard (3-5 day) shipping so I chose 2nd business day for about $80 (standard shipping was under $20). After it didnt arrive within 3 business days I contacted Neil and he said if it didn't come the next day he'd refund the shipping. It didn't come and I asked if they could ship it out for next business day delivery for the price I paid for second business day but Neil was out of the office. He apologized when he got back and refunded the shipping charges, but ultimately it took nine days for me to receive the product which delayed my construction project and cost me far more than the refunded shipping. The company should not offer expedited shipping options if they cannot deliver on them.
