California Gold 2" Square Tumbled Slate Mosaic

It took over 45 days to get my sample, which arrived way too late for me since I needed to order the tile and get installed by then.
I called and sent emails and got no response. When I ordered the sample it was available and then you tell me it's back ordered?
Terrible customer service.

Worst tile I ever worked with. Tiles falling off the mat. Slates flaking and inconsistent thickness that will cause puddling on my shower floor

California Gold Slate 4X4 Tumbled

We purchased both the California Gold Slate 2" and 4" Square Tumbled Mosaic tiles. The 2" tiles were backordered, but we were willing to wait to have both items shipped together. Tilemart kept us updated along the way. The prices for both items were fantastic, and we thought the shipping was a little high, but still worth the total cost. However, when the tiles arrived, and we saw how well they had been packed, we could understand the shipping cost. So overall we are very pleased with the tiles and the purchase and shipping process, and we would certainly buy from Tilemart again.
