Major issues with delivery

I ordered my tile 2 weeks ago (14 days) and it still has not been shipped. I have a project and contractor waiting for the materials, and I can't get a hold of a human at Tile Mart. I am only getting automated messages. I would advise great caution if you are considering ordering from here.

Beautiful tile but wrong SF on website

Really love this tile. Beautiful color and finish. However the square footage per box was doubled on the website so I only got half of the order I paid for. Thankfully they shipped the rest once I figured it out. Each box is 5.6 SF but the website said it was more than 11 SF. Hopefully tilemart can fix this error so future customers receive the correct quantity.
