Major issues with delivery

I ordered my tile 2 weeks ago (14 days) and it still has not been shipped. I have a project and contractor waiting for the materials, and I can't get a hold of a human at Tile Mart. I am only getting automated messages. I would advise great caution if you are considering ordering from here.

Great looking and durable porcelain tiles. I would like to purchase these for the floor in a conservatory that I am designing.
