Really appreciated the opportunity to get an affordable sample to determine if it would match my existing tile

I was pleased with the service and overall purchase. The tile was a little difficult to work with as the mesh backing fell apart when the tile got wet so my installer had to be careful lifting it in place after cutting the sheets. When it dried it was okay to move but he had to still be careful as individual tile pieces came away. The finished product looked very nice in the shower pan. I would order from this company again.

Never even received it… i moved on and chose diff product, didn’t bother trying to get my $ back or get actual product replaced

The tiles are very nice but nearly half arrived chipped even though they were packaged well. However, Customer service was outstanding and sent replacements right away.
