Tile was great! Surprised by shipping costs

I love the tile samples I ordered and the tile is exactly what I wanted, and it seemed to be right on budget. I should have read the website more carefully...shipping is expensive! It makes sense that shipping heavy tiles would be costly. I just have used other sites where the shipping prices must be built into the cost per square ft. Check shipping prices carefully!

Love the color annoyed by sample size

Really annoyed that it is not a full piece of the tile but a piece cut in half.
The tile is not flat so it would be nice very helpful to see the full piece to get a better sense of the look.

Color was off and tile arrived damaged

We ordered the Yuki white thinking it would be a warm white but we were delivered grey/blue tiles. Either we were shipped the wrong color or the color was not as advertised. A significant portion arrived broken as well. Still waiting for our refund
