Our Mexican pavers has rustic characteristics which include variations in size, thickness, and color variation. Color patterns vary based on the rate of moisture molding process. Some tiles are pillowed more than others depending on the rate of moisture evaporating. The rough surfaces, pillowing, color variation, and occasional cracks are not defects of our Mexican Pavers but are rustic characteristics that are sought after by people who desire the rustic aesthetic.
Loves the tile enough to order more, but there were many broken pieces of tile in the 2nd shipment. There was 25% of shipment broken and no issues with 1st order, better packed and protected.
