Ordering and Order Status
Order processing usually takes 24-48 hours. Once your order has been processed and you receive tracking information from us, you should check with the carrier for estimated time of delivery. How long it takes to reach you will depend on your location.
We provide flat rate shipping across the contiguous United States. If you are in Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us so we can provide you with a freight quote.
We accept all major credit cards.
Once your order has shipped you should receive an email with the name of the carrier and a tracking or PRO number. Orders can be tracked through the carrier specific website by using this number. If you require assistance feel free to contact us and we can help you with tracking your order.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order needs to be changed. We do not guarantee that we will be able to change your order. If your order is able to be changed, your order processing time will be delayed by another 24-48 hours.
Please let us know if you need to cancel as soon as possible. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our returns and refunds policies if your order has already shipped.
If you receive damaged material, it must be noted on the delivery receipt from the carrier. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to fully inspect material upon receipt and not sign the delivery receipt prior to inspection of the complete order. Please take photos of all damaged material and delivery receipt with damage notation. All damage without notation on delivery receipt and without photos will be denied. It is always within your right to deny the shipment if you believe it to be broken.
If you receive damaged material please fill out a claim form as soon as possible. Any claims made 5 days or more after delivery date will be denied.

Returns and Refunds
We have a 365 day returns with a 25% restocking fee. More details can be found on our Refund Policy Page.
No returns will be accepted on sale, clearance, or special order items.
